The GoldPrint Cosmetology Apprenticeship is being developed as an earn-and-learn pathway where aspiring cosmetologists can build technical knowledge while developing practical skills through supervised, on-the-job learning in a professional salon environment.

RELATED TECHNICAL INSTRUCTION

Structured technical education designed to build the knowledge behind the craft. GoldPrint plans to deliver RTI virtually through its digital learning platform, allowing apprentices to develop foundational and occupational knowledge alongside their hands-on training.

ON-THE-JOB LEARNING

Develop practical cosmetology skills through supervised experience in a professional salon environment. Apprentices will apply technical knowledge while building proficiency through real-world services, client care, and occupational practice.

MENTORSHIP

Learn alongside qualified beauty professionals who provide guidance as you develop technique, confidence, professionalism, and client-care skills. Mentorship connects technical education with the realities of working behind the chair.

PROFESSIONAL + BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Develop the professional and business skills that support a sustainable career in beauty. Through GoldPrint's partnership with Lady International Ambassador, apprentices will receive access to business development, systems, marketing, client development, entrepreneurship, and professional growth throughout the program.

The GoldPrint Cosmetology Apprenticeship is being developed around a one-year earn-and-learn model that combines related technical instruction with supervised on-the-job learning, creating a direct connection between what apprentices study and what they practice in the salon.

01 / STUDENT PATHWAY

HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

For high school students interested in exploring cosmetology as a career pathway, GoldPrint is developing opportunities that connect beauty education, work-based learning, professional exposure, and hands-on skill development while students continue their secondary education.

School participation, student eligibility, scheduling, and program requirements will be announced as partnerships and apprenticeship details are finalized.

02 /ADULT PATHWAY

ADULT APPRENTICES

For adults ready to begin or transition into a professional career in cosmetology, GoldPrint is developing an earn-and-learn pathway that combines structured technical education, supervised salon experience, mentorship, and professional development.

Final eligibility, enrollment requirements, program costs, scheduling, and cohort details will be announced as the apprenticeship approval and development process is completed.

GoldPrint's apprenticeship model extends beyond technical training. Apprentices will also develop the professional and business foundation needed to understand clients, build systems, establish their presence, and begin thinking like both a beauty professional and an entrepreneur.
